Alison Chisholm

Theatre Administrator

Since arriving in Vancouver in 2006, Alison has made a lovely little home for herself at Pacific Theatre. After growing up in Hamilton, Ontario and studying at Concordia University in Montreal, Alison was thrilled to have the opportunity to move across the country to pursue her theatre career in Vancouver. She takes great pride in knowing that she is putting her BFA in theatre, and Graduate Diploma in Arts Administration to good use as PT’s Theatre Administrator.

Though you will mostly find Alison in the back office, every once in a while she will find the excuse to perform on the PT stage in the occasional Stones Throw Production. When not working at Pacific Theatre, Alison is an active board member of the Jessie Richardson Theatre Award Society. She also uses her spare time to test out some other artistic talents by singing in the VOC Soul Gospel Choir, writing and producing her own play for the 2009 Vancouver Fringe Festival, learning how to tap dance, and maybe one day she’ll even be able to cook. Until then, she’ll just keep watching the Food Network and dreaming of what could be.
