In 2006 Stephen produced and directed A RATTLING SOUND, a Stones Throw Production at Pacific Theatre, for whom he also produced and directed MATCH in 2004, as a part of his Arts Thesis Project at Regent College, where he completed an MCS. Other credits include set design for GRACE, THE QUARREL (Midnight Theatre Collective), A BRIGHT PARTICULAR STAR, THE HITCHHIKER (production and costume design, indie short film), LEAVING RUIN, THE SILVER CORD (TWU), as well as scene painting on various productions. A BFA graduate of University of Calgary Drama Dept, Stephen has worked as a film actor, drama teacher, writer (his one-act FRAGILE premiered at UBC's Brave New Play Rites festival in 2003) and he has created theatre events for numerous youth conferences and church gatherings around North America. Stephen is also quite grateful to be married to Kirsten. |
Stephen is grateful for the opportunity to stay involved at Pacific Theatre after spending more than three years as the staff Publicist. He's enjoying his new role working from home in Strathmore, Alberta. He's appeared in past PT productions A BRIGHT PARTICULAR STAR, CHICKENS, TEN NOVEMBER and THE CLEARING, and he's looking forward to performing in TENT MEETING at Rosebud Theatre this fall.
