Group Sales Coordinator
Ryan started as an office volunteer back in the fall of 2012 while he was finishing his fourth year in the Bachelor of Performing Arts Program at Capitano University. Drawn in to Pacific Theatre by a desire to engage people with stories that challenge preconceived notions of spirituality and social behaviour, he then became an apprentice during the 2013/2014 season, appearing as Froggy in The Foreigner and Raskolnikov in Crime and Punishment. Working primarily as an actor, he also appeared with Pacific Theatre as Jimmy in The Rainmaker, and outside of PT he has worked on The Romans in Britain, The Country Wife, The Children’s Hour, and Tis Pity She’s a Whore with Ensemble Theatre, in musical remakes of the Hunger Games movies with District 13 Presents, and since early 2016 has also been appearing in film and TV.
Apart from acting Ryan is also a saxophone player, composer and sound designer, and is thrilled to be helping engage people with the challenging and heartfelt work at Pacific Theatre through coordination of group bookings.
