Oh Pray Tell, led by Shayna Jones, Sally Titasey and Betty Stupple, weaves elements of folk storytelling, spoken word and performance art into three-part, soulful harmonies and lays them down over pulsing rhythms. Based on Sinixt Territory, their live performance takes witnesses on a transformative musical journey as they seamlessly transition between genres, merging tradition and innovation.

Sally Titasey (she/they) is a musician, interdisciplinary artist, death doula and somatic therapist in training of Indigenous Australian and Melanesian descent, with ancestral roots in Indonesia, England, Scotland, and Ireland. She has performed and toured as a solo artist and in a variety of musical projects as a singer and multi-instrumentalist. Sally is one third of OH PRAY TELL, a multidisciplinary trio known for their powerful harmonies, experimental folklore, and bold political commentary. Sally’s dedication to community-building, healing and social change deeply informs her art and the way in which she moves through the world.

Beth Stupple (aka Betty Supple (she/they)) is a multidisciplinary artist, clown, songwriter, group facilitator and restorative justice practitioner descending from British, Celtic and French settlers. Betty dabbles in multi-instrumentalism and is devoted to vocal harmonies. Deeply impacted by soul, folk, gospel, R&B, freak folk/blues and hip hop music, Betty writes worlds into song form. She’s toured widely with various bands performing at festivals nationally and internationally. Betty was a co-founder of Koksilah Music Festival, and is passionate about using art to connect communities and contribute to social change.

Shayna Jones (she/they) is an award winning actor, a playwright, a folklorist, and a multi-disciplinary spoken word artist specializing in the traditional oral storytelling of African and Afro-Diasporic lore.
