We want to be respectful of our patrons personal information. This privacy policy outlines the steps we are taking and continue to take to protect our patrons’ privacy.
We collect information from patrons, subscribers, volunteers, seasonal staff, donors, and sponsors.
Pacific Theatre will never, under any circumstances, share your personal information with outside groups.
Generally we collect a name, phone number, mailing address, email address, and payment information. We may collect additional information such as seating preferences, mobility needs, or other related information that enables us to best serve our patrons.
This information is usually provided by the patron at the time of making a purchase or donation, either over the phone, online, or occasionally through written forms. When a written form is submitted, it is shredded or destroyed in a secure manner once the information is entered into our system.
All patron information is stored in our secure electronic database. This database is accessible only through approved staff members who have been issued log-in information. Some information (such as payment information) is further restricted and accessible to a reduced number of staff members.
We use patron information in order to efficiently process requests for subscriptions, donations, and other transactions; to send receipts or ticket confirmations, or other communications related to transactions; to provide donors with charitable tax receipts; to more effectively market our shows; and to inform ourselves about how to serve patrons better with a recorded donation and purchase history, and to seek support, both material and otherwise.
We desire that our patrons, donors, volunteers, subscribers and sponsors feel safe in disclosing their personal information to us. If you feel that your privacy may have been breached or if you have any questions about this privacy statement, we encourage you to contact our Executive Director, Jennifer Milley at jennifer@pacifictheatre.org. Please also note that this privacy statement may be periodically updated.
This website uses Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and Facebook tracking pixels to allow us to track use of the website and provide targeted, interest-based marketing. If you have any questions about the use of cookies and what information is tracked, please feel free to contact jennifer@pacifictheatre.org.
