Urgent, intimate, and human, this world premiere from one of Vancouver’s leading playwrights and co-creator of the Mom’s the Word performance series, lays bare the quiet cost of love. Directed by Kaitlin Williams and starring Anita Wittenberg.

Anita is a long time friend of PT and most recently performed with the company in Middletown (with Sticks and Stones Theatre) and Mother of the Maid ( directed by Kaitlin Williams). She received a Jessie Award nomination for Outstanding Lead Actress for Mother of the Maid. She has performed with many theatres in Vancouver including Bard on the Beach, The Arts Club, The Firehall Arts Center and The Gateway Theatre as well as around B.C. at The Chemainus Theatre Festival, The Belfry, Western Canada Theatre and Theatre Northwest. Some past PT favourites include: Holy Mo!, Agnes of God, Mourning Dove, and Holy Mo!A Christmas Show!.

Jill Daum is a playwright and performer best known as a co-creator of the Moms the Word plays, including Moms the Word, Moms the Word Unhinged, Moms the Word ReMixed, Moms the Word: Nest ½ Empty, and Moms the Word: Talkin’ Turkey. This internationally acclaimed series has been seen by millions of people around the world and translated into multiple languages. Jill has also written the dramatic comedy Forget About Tomorrow, which premiered at the Arts Club Theatre and the Belfry Theatre, and was later produced at Here For Now in Stratford.
