Come work with us!

Pacific Theatre is in an exciting period of transition, and we’re looking for a few great people to come join us. We’re looking for enthusiastic, theatre-loving, team players with some strong skills up their sleeves. Maybe that’s you!

We are hiring an Operations Manager!

The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall operational, financial, and administrative management of the theatre company and reports to the Managing Artistic Director. This role oversees day-to-day operations, financial stewardship, producing, IT systems, box office, and tax filings. (And of course…lots more)

Do you love budgets, project management, and getting stuff done? Do you have arts administration experience and a can-do attitude? Are you someone who thrives on a good spreadsheet, clear communication, and financial acuity? Do you also have the sense of humour absolutely necessary in a small but robust organization? Maybe this is for you.

We are hiring a Development and Community Engagement Manager!

The Development and Community Engagement Manager builds, strengthens, and grows Pacific Theatre’s relationships with audiences, donors, granting bodies, sponsors, artists, and the wider community. Reporting to the Managing Artistic Director, the Development and Community Engagement Manager leads fundraising and engagement efforts across individual giving, corporate sponsorship, grants, donor stewardship, and community initiatives.

Are you a real people person? Do you love getting in on the ground floor and watching something grow? Do you have experience in fundraising, donor relations, and communications? What about tracking projects and organizing events? AWESOME. But do you also love theatre? Like LOVE it  – especially when it feeds the soul? Then we want to meet you.
